1st Round(Technical): One DS & Algorithm question involving basic graph algorithm and combinatorics.
2nd Round(Technical): Discussions on my technical interest. One question to test understanding of object oriented programming. Though adequate time is not given to solve problem, half solution is accepted and moved further.
3rd Round (Cultural): This was a horrible round. Interviewer informed and scheduled interview half an hour before the timing and made me available immediately unprepared.
Interviewer didn't know technical much and everything I said about past technical experience and projects, he couldn't get it and mentioned like unmotivated previous experience in the feedback.
Due to his egocentric attitude maybe because of his reputed degree and his intension to find some faults in the candidate, there you go, you can definitely find it and perceive the other way whatever that has been mentioned positively. There were certain questions on handling previous negative experience or redo moments for which honest answer in overcoming it is not appreciated. He completely had a different perception to receive in other way than what I meant. Like, during the whole interview, I never blamed my previous colleague or manager though I had certain disagreement and resolved it. But he perceived it as blaming and mentioned the same in feedback.
Even the interviewer is not clear with what he expects. In the feedback, at one page it's mentioned as "candidate is excited to talk about what they worked on" and on other page, it's mentioned as "candidate is not excited to talk about anything he has worked on". It's extremely horrible to judge a person that person is not worth from his generalized feedback.
Feedback: Good discussions with technical team but utter disappointment with final round.
