The interview process is typical. A recruiter will call you to endorse you to the hiring manager. Followed by the sales lead in the country that you support.
However they have the slowest hiring process. There's also a lack of coordination between recruitment and operation. Some more they keep interviewing people without giving any feedback. I hope somebody can advice on the stages of your application. The next thing you know they wanted you to start immediately (which is kinda unprofessional). The sad part in applying with this job/company is that they promise you a job but they never revert with your employment status, no salary discussion, etc. If you have a very long patience, then you can definitely give it a try. I hope it's only the fluke in the process or it can really the hiring culture of this company.
