What would you do to make the residents feel more inclusive? How would you deal with difficult behaviour?
Took about an hour. Asked a few questions, and then given a tour of the building by a friendly resident and the manager. Then asked a few more questions. Positive experience overall.

First they called and asked about my experience and scheduled an interview. It was easy but had lot of questions. After interviewing they sent offer letter next day and had to do 4 day induction training which was paid.
