Very easy. I applied online, did a phone interview and received an invitation by mail. No skype. I went there by person for a full day. They promised to refund me the train and hotel and actually they did but It took over 4 months for something around 150eur! The interview was very simple considering that was for a 3 year position. no technical questions were asked and everything was very easy.
