The interview process was very easy. They asked very general questions and focused mostly on understanding my background and how it aligns with the role. The questions were straightforward, and there wasn't much emphasis on technical skills or specific experiences. Overall, it felt more like a conversation than a formal interview.

It's a group interview, amount of people varies but can be 10+. They ask you to talk about yourself but also do some exercises seeing how you engage with others and work as a team. You should wear jeans to the interview.

There's an exercise where you get paired with another candidate and you have to try and convince the managers to hire them (testing sales skills, working memory, teamwork abilities)

How do you stay informed about current fashion trends and styles?
We were in a group and had to pick clothes out for a theme and present on why we chose those specific clothes. They gave us time to pick our clothes using ones from the store.
