I applied on line and was contacted by the recruiter. I was required to complete a personality/aptitude test. Once that was done I interviewed with the hiring manager and that went well. The next phase was to do a demonstration for the management team. I guess that didn't go too well as I did not get an offer and was summarily rejected with a generic email. I invested many hours preparing for each step of the process and was not given the curtesy of either a phone call or at least a more personalized email with some feedback.
