I was invited to a first-round interview online. The recruiter said that the interviewing process for all candidates would be done by next week and I should hear back by then for the next steps. I never heard back and was ghosted when I tried to reach out.

Had a half hour online interview with a person from hr. The first interview is not a tech interview and the questions were your typical soft skills, "tell me about a time when" style questions. Said they'd get back to me in a week then ghosted me.
