Lots of superficial questions that did not relate to the job I was applying for. If you gave what they deemed "cookie cutter" answers, they would tell you they would not accept the answer and to come up with another. About halfway through the interview, I could see that all of this was fake, and that the questions were designed to build a character bio to see if you would be pleasant to work with, not if you would actually be good at the job. Due to my answers, I didn't get the job. As someone who grew up going to that church, who knew the ins-and-outs, and who went to the Christian school that was adjacent to Life Church's main campus, I was appalled by their decisions to see people as a number as opposed to a person. A friend of mine got the graphic design position there a year later and they hated it. Within 3 months, they were already trying to desperately leave that place. I was able to find a less superficial church to freelance for that actually wanted me as a person and not as a minion.
