Very intrusive but very thorough. The interview was a very long day and hard work. The first round is round robin where it is like speed dating. The second round is huddles. The third round is two 30 minute interviews.

The interview process is very length and a harsh process. They do it so they can make sure the right people are in the right positions. They start with a phone call interview, then testing, then another phone call interview, and then a full day in person interview.

Thorough and enjoyable process, but somewhat time consuming. They spend more time on your personal and religious life than your technical qualifications, although all three are important to their recruiters. So worth tho.
