1.5h assessment on data analyst. Download excel sheet and answer 15 questions on data. And then 6 questions on data understanding.
Overall interesting and challenging multiple choice questions. Needs basic excel knowledge like pivot.

A recruiter reached out to me for my availability for a phone interview. I didn’t receive a response. After 2 weeks, I followed up and the recruiter apologized and once again ended up ghosting me. I’m not surprised that after 3 months this role is still open. You lose really good candidates when recruiters don’t follow up and your resume ends up in a black hole.

Questions on qualifications
Time for questions at the end on the position, working culture, anything else. --> Answers from recruiter followed standard startup lingo. I asked probing questions to get a better sense of the working culture and still felt like I had to read between the lines.
