The interview process started off great. I applied and was offered a phone interview within 2 days. After that, things went VERY slowly. I ended up having 4 interviews over the course of 4 weeks. I had to take a drug test and they did a background check. The people who interviewed me were great and the culture sounded awesome.

I was invited to an interview and the admissions manager was joking with the receptionist while I was waiting. He introduced himself 25 min after my appointment. After telling me about the job role and expectations. He mentioned this is outside sales position which was totally different from the job posting that I applied for. I also asked him if this is a sales position, he was lying to me and saying it’s not a sales job which is false and deceiving. Even his assistant told me it’s a sales position. The pay was $40k with no commission which was terrible for a sales role. The hiring manager was dressed and talking unprofessionally. I decided not to follow up as I determined it was not a good fit for me. Applicants beware of their deceiving tactics!
