The job was quiet and looked a little boring, you could hear a pen drop. The first interview was somewhat like a panel interview and no one was happy about it because our interviewer did not inform us. She broke us into one on ones and asked us about our experience. She liked my interview and told me to wait to meet the President and I did. He interviewed me and the next day I got called in to interview with the VP and National Manager *wipes sweat* luckily I think I did good though just waiting on my background to clear.

I was invited to an interview and the admissions manager was joking with the receptionist while I was waiting. He introduced himself 25 min after my appointment. After telling me about the job role and expectations. He mentioned this is outside sales position which was totally different from the job posting that I applied for. I also asked him if this is a sales position, he was lying to me and saying it’s not a sales job which is false and deceiving. Even his assistant told me it’s a sales position. The pay was $40k with no commission which was terrible for a sales role. The hiring manager was dressed and talking unprofessionally. I decided not to follow up as I determined it was not a good fit for me. Applicants beware of their deceiving tactics!
