Group session, had to spell nonsense words, everyone was mostly college grads looking for summer work. The interview was with a big group. Prettty easy, took about an hour, training was 2 weeks, 40 hours a week.

There are 2 literacy exams and had a follow-up to meet with the center for a more formal interview asking about experience with education, tutoring, or any kind of childcare.

A lot of personality questions and a “technical” interview which involved. Spelling test and a reading comprehension test that had increasingly difficult passages. I would say they felt closes to the act ELA section
