The process is very fast. They communicate with me on a Thursday to do a group interview for the next tuesday. The interview was rather fast, with 2 other persons. They asked us to do a diagram showing 4 square, which were, Our strengths or weaknesses, our opportunities and objective in the future. Then was asked from a list of 50 items to choose 10 and say why we choose it. After that group interview I was called to do a personal interview (two days later). Then I was called to talk with the manager of the area (two days later), and after that, you might talk to somebody else that same day.
