I interviewed a couple of months back. Instead of interviewing with someone from HR as the first round, the support team manager was the one conducting the first round interviews/screenings which I thought was interesting. There were some technical questions that were pretty basic for API related stuff. At the end of the interview, the manager told that I would be receiving an assignment by email but I didn't hear anything back for a week and then got a rejection so that was pretty confusing.
