Got completely ghosted after investing hours of my time going through the entire interview loop. Followed up several times over the course of several weeks, but not a peep from the recruiter or hiring manager.
I urge Lithic and specifically the recruiting team to do better treating candidates with respect for their time in the future. If you expect candidates to spend hours prep and interview, you should be able to spend 2 minutes to respond and provide closure.
Overall questions was very easy and almost entirely behavioral. Product team seems very junior, which didn’t really instill much trust in the future of the company.

Easy, standard behavioral questions. First round was the HM screen, followed by a cross-functional panel. Felt like I established rapport but then got completely ghosted by the HM and the recruiter, after following up numerous times with both.
Ghosting seems to be the norm based on the interview reviews. Pretty disrespectful. I hope the recruiting team can treat candidates with the respect they deserve. If candidates can spare hours researching the role, preparing for conversations, etc. then the recruiter should be able to spend 2 minutes needed to provide closure. Do better.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. There were 5 rounds of interviews, I went through 3, and the 4th was a case study review. I submitted the assignment and then got ghosted by HR, even after following up several times. It's super frustrating to spend time doing a take-home assignment and then get ghosted.
