I have to finish 2 rounds of online assessment, 1 with video recordings and another for some basic coding questions. After that, I was invited to an online assessment day, which is completely remote. There are multiple exercises on the day, including group exercises, individual interviews, technical interview (0 coding involved)

Submitted the application online, got rejection immediately. I guess it just does not want to offer any visa sponsorship, Very disappointed. Could not even reach the interview stages. Also no London location this year as well.
