Hiring process was just like any graduate level position. They want to show you who they are as a company and prove to you that they are the best company for you. Applied for position, two weeks later got an email wanting me to come in for an on-site interview. Waited a month for a response and got my offer.

Quite easy, very transparent. The interview was scheduled quickly and I found back quickly that I was able to get the job. The interview itself was a little difficult, but not too bad
