I applied for the role online and then didn't hear anything back for about 1 1/2 - 2 months. They reached out by email and scheduled a phone interview with the managers for the department. I talked the the managers and had a great discussion with them about the job, duties, responsibilities and such. Out of all the interviews I've done this one was the one I was most confident in. Once the interview was done they said they'd reach out to me. It took about 2-3 weeks before I heard back from LMCO. I received an offer and I negotiated with them for a better package, which they were able to do, and I was happy to accept.
