It was a panel interview with 3 representatives taking turns and asking behavioral interview questions. They asked a lot about team work and software skills, how I use excel, six sigma, lean manufacturing, projects in school, how I dealt with troublesome coworkers, and other basic interview questions. The interview was actually for a different major than me so that was a little unfortunate. The interviewers were professional yet kind.
