Filter Round 1: Two initial SHL tests to assess logical reasoning and personality. Filter Round 2: Comprehensive exam covering programming concepts, Automata Pro leetcode medium style problem, and REST architecture principles. If you meet the cut-off, you are then invited for Round 1 at a specific department. This differs by department, but generally it'll be 30 mins for the behavioral, 30 for the technical. If they like you, you get invited to a round 2 where you meet the team -- which is more of a vibe check. Overall a 3 month process.
