The questions initially are pretty awful. There's nothing in the interview that really provides any insight into the job you're applying for.
They conduct a phone interview, and then bring you in for a face-to-face interview. They repeat questions between the phone interview and the in-person interview. It's like they don't bother talking to each other prior to the candidate coming in. Most places use the STAR format for questions, but not Loss Prevention Services...which makes the interview process a little ridiculous and redundant.

The interview was like none other. Very personal. Only 50 questions about where I’m from, who I’m related to, old jobs etc. Not much on the job I was applying for.

Are you from here? Are your parents from here? Oh, how long have they been living here? Why did you move back? Where did you work there? What was a busy day like there? What’s the craziest order you ever received? People actually order from there? Will you still work there while working here? Do you think you’re a good fit for this job? Could you pass a drug test right now? Anytime? ETC ETC ETC ETC

Quick and friendly. Explained what we did at this job and what kind of employee they were looking for. Explained the different systems we use and what my role in the company would be. I met some of the managers and team leads that were currently working there. Asked me how I would respond in certain situations towards both clients and customers.
