I applied online through LinkedIn and was contacted shortly afterwards to secure a time for an initial telephone interview. The telephone interview lasted 30 minutes and I was subsequently invited to meet the HR Director for a face to face interview within less than 2 weeks of my initial application. Both interviews were on time and handled in a professional manner. The face to face interview was conducted following a script, which reassured me that Louis Vuitton adopts a thorough and fair selection process. I felt the conversation was genuine and engaging. I don't know the outcome yet, however, if the culture of the company was reflected in that interview, it would be an amazing opportunity to work for them.
