Spoke briefly with a recruiter about my experience and salary expectations. Honestly, it wasn't a very thorough phone screening. When I asked what they were targeting for salary, the recruiter said he'd check and get back to me, which he did. However, when I responded that their target range was low and only slightly more than what I earn in my current location, I never heard back. Lucid completely ghosted me. What a waste of time, and seriously unprofessional.
