The interview process was fairly standard: Initial phone interview, in person interview with management, and a panel interview with potential colleagues. Very thorough with questions on ability and culture. Additionally you were given the opportunity to interview them as well. They all seemed to be a collective group with a good mix of personalities and work styles.
