The interview was an online video call. The interviewer introduced themselves and talked about their time with the company. They asked me about my experiences and interest in the job. After we worked collaboratively on some short analog circuitry problems, things like calculating output voltage, finding if the circuit achieved requirements, and discussing possible issues.

It was a series of smaller interviews about 1hr each where most of the interviews would be conducted with two people each time. Depending on distance from location, there might be a dinner interview the night before for the candidates that flew in for their interview.
