Tuve 5 entrevistas en total.
Los reclutadores son geniales, muy honestos.
Si logras pasar las 2 entrevistas de Luxoft, de ahí solo sigue estar haciendo entrevistas con clientes, lo cual te da muchisimas oportunidades de lograr un puesto. Yo fallé con mi primer cliente, con el segundo me fue muy bien y obtuve el puesto.
La entrevista con manager es muy amena, las entrevistas con clientes son puros code challenges de las primeras páginas de leetcode.

Problemas sobre arreglar matrices, re ordenar palabras, re ordenar numeros, eliminar ciertos patrones de vectores de numeros, etc. Si te estudias casi todos los primeros problemas de leetcode lograrás pasar.

One round with hiring manager, little technical mostly HR. Calm and positive but haven't heard back as they said they have other candidates in pipeline. Still waiting. But questioned on coding principles.

it can vary, they care only about client response. so you mostlikely do different rounds for the company and then for client, if the client does not want you even if you exceed luxoft interview it does not matter

The interviewer asked questions related to modern C++ and its standards. It was a nice and well thought interview on the fundamentals of the language as well as software development principles. The interviewer was clear in their questions and followup questions about the job were also well thought.
