The process was three full months. I did four interviews, so there was a long time between steps. Everyone was very nice, though no one was anywhere close to the timelines they originally discussed. My last interview was a presentation, which is always frustrating. They give you very little information, which I both understand and despise. I was told I would hear by the end of that week. Eleven days later, I hadn't heard, so I reached out. They said I would hear the end of the next week. I received an offer from another company, so I asked them if they could speed up the process. They agreed, which I appreciated and they let me know a few days later. The recruiter called and emailed a rejection, saying to reach out if I had any questions or wanted more information. When I called back, she said they were unable to provide any feedback, so I'm not sure why she offered it in the first place. A mixed bag, I didn't feel particularly respected during the process, but I've had worse.
