I was interviewed by counter manager, the trainer, then the district Manager, lastly had to do a demonstration on a model. I was schedule to interview with the dm manager as well, but something came up and she could not conduct the phone interview. I feel that it was mostly bs to interview this many times. At the end of the day, a company knows if they want to hire you or not. You will be asked to bring a model and will have to do a makeup application, you may get to do your model, or may have to switch with another interviewee.

The interviewer asked many creative and curious questions. Anything from your experience, to your training, to what Makeup artists you have looked up to. It was a fun experience overall.

easy! nothing crazy. just go in and be confident. i ahd no past makeup experience and they still hired me. theyre just looking for people who are genuienly fast learners, outgoing, and can sell their products. research the brand and make sure to sell yourself.
