Conversational, it was a nice review going through the portfolio. Interviewer was responsive and attentive to the presentation. The interview was a two way process, and response time after the interview from the company was relatively short. Received the offer almost immediately after the interview. Administrative things wise, it was a smooth process and received a fast response after sending in relevant documents through.

The interview process at MKPL Architects was pleasant. The interviewer took a deep dive into my architectural projects, focusing on my design decisions, thought processes, and project outcomes. They prefer candidates proficient in using sketchup as the design software.
Very smooth, and did not feel intimidated. The interviewer was very polite and respectful, being really willing to listen to our presentation of our academic portfolio. Was more of a conversation between two parties.
