situational is a little unexpected -- there is no prep you can really do for it.
they give you about an in-store example and want to see how you handle it with employees and such.
2 back-to-back 30min online interview, final round 2 days with HR presentation, Q&A panel, 2 interviews and 1 short business case, overall process well-organized and good experience, would get a call for offer/no offer within 2 weeks

I applied on a handshake and revieved an email for an interview a few weeks later. I was interviewed by two individuals on zoom, each 30-minute sessions. Each session involved 15 minutes of answering questions about myself, and 15 minutes for me to ask questions.

Fairly standard. Very welcoming recruiters who were interested in meeting applicants. Two thirty minute interviews as a first round. Spoke to both HR and actual store managers who were highly knowledgeable.
