had a phone interview that asked general interview questions, then I had to take a assessment test online that gave you 15 minutes to answer math and analogy based questions. The assessment also tested you on retail math. The third assessment dealt with a long and hard test. After there is a Skype interview, know the competitors, know that they like analytical and creative characteristics

The HR representatives were friendly and the interviewer from the actual job was friendly as well. They really want to see how much you know about Macy's and they want to know why you want the position and how well you follow the fashion industry. It's really about showing them your enthusiasm for the company.
