It was an extremely organized process. I appreciated that each person I spoke to was honest and transparent with any questions I had.
It started with a phone screening with the recruiter and moved to 5 interviews with either members of the team or people I would be working with on a regular basis, there was also a question prompt as well as a video submission on how you would bring their values and culture to life
Overall it was an extremely positive experience, there was clear communication in the interview process and what to expect. I’m thrilled to be a part of the Madison Reed team!
