It was quite brief in my case. They just needed to know if I was available to work. Which led me to believe that they desperately needed people. They didn’t ask me much about myself for who I was. And since they’re such a “teamwork beast on cultural restaurant”. It probably would’ve been to their benefit to do so. I’ve mentioned before how if you don’t fit into their personality criteria you’re done. So who’s ever interview and you make sure you match them personality wise. Even if you do have a good worth ethic
