At first I was slightly intimidated because there were three people conducting the interview. However, they were so friendly and personable the interview seemed like a casual conversation. They were very thorough about what the job opportunity and about the company and what it stands for. It was the first interview I have been to where I felt comfortable and that the people interviewing me were interested in finding out about who I am as a person not just an employee.

Colloquio
Overall, it was a great interview experience! I was interviewed by a panel of four in the first interview and a couple days later I was invited back for a second interview the following week. A couple weeks after the second interview I was offered the position. The interviewers made me feel very at ease and seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me as a person to ensure I'd be a good fit. It was apparent just from being around them that they love their jobs and they were very professional and genuine.
