I had 2 interviews with the manager over reception & another employee, they both lasted about an hour. The first asked a lot of questions, and the second one I toured the building met some employees and asked some questions...I felt they they were very thorough and knowledgeable about what I would be doing

I was interviewed by the heads of the department who were so kind and gave me plenty of opportunity for any questions I had. Also they explained the job I was applying for in great detail.
