The interview is quite easy. After sending my CV, they emailed me back a form to fill in. Then I got the telephone interview invitation. 1. Easy telephone interview in Chinese with pre-notified questions. 2. Assessment centre, can use both Chinese and English. Case study + Roleplay 3. Final interview, in English with the manager.

Don't waste your time applying. I submitted my CV and had a phone interview the same week. The woman on the phone spent the whole time talking about why I should work for the company and barely even asked about my background etc. They were clearly struggling to find employees. I was offered the job on the spot without a face to face interview. I then found out the first three months were an unpaid "training academy" and that I would only be offered secure, salaried employment if I met unrealistic sales targets. It seems to me they just want to take on people to work for free for three months so they can exhaust their contacts and ideas before ditching them for new recruits. I stated I'd accept the job if I was offered at least minimum wage but they did not even reply to my email. A complete waste of time and terrible attitude towards graduates.
