First round of interview was with the manager. Had to wait for almost an hour. Was asked a simple tech question, and then was painted a rosy picture of training opportunites which I never got during my employment period.
Second round with panel of 5 people. General HR questions, and then painting a rosy picture of my role if I were selected.
