Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite l'università. La procedura ha richiesto 4 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Marsh Risk nel mese di mar 2017
Colloquio
First stage was a 5 minute HireVue video, which seemed as a way for Marsh recruiters/interviewers to be introduced to their potential interviewees. The next stage was a one-on-one video interview (I was out of the country), and it was very much conversational but still well-structured with specific questions. The interviewer was very helpful, very easy to talk to, and definitely made me feel more comfortable. The last stage is a Super Day type format; I interviewed with 3 different people, and all the interviews were very similar to my first, but with more emphasis on my resume. Everyone I was in touch with throughout the process was very transparent, helpful, and definitely made the hiring process a great one.

Hireview interview first. Then I interviewed with 3 more people and got talk to current TRACs for 30 mins. I got the position and was happy with my summer intern experience and pay.

Tell me about yourself/your involvement on campus?
I had a virtual HireVue at first, where I answered pre-recorded questions. Most of the questions were behavioral (Why Marsh, what is insurance brokerage, background info, leadership qualities) and then a few situational. Next round consisted of 2, 30 minute virtual interviews and then a Q&A with a current TRAC Associate that I don't believe counted toward anything, purely informational. I got an offer and took, Overall pretty easy, just know you resume.
First round was a one way video interview, and the second was with the manager of the Property department at my office. The manager was very kind and didn't ask too many difficult questions.
