Initial interview was with the recruiter working for partners. Asked about basic skills and knowledge. Second interview was with potential employer, asked about experience previous projects. Third interview was in person with future boss and coworker. Interview was relaxed and served to judge my personality and previous skills, whether I would be a match for the company. They liked me instantly and said they wanted to hire me and just had to check with their boss. One more interview was done with the boss's boss to ask about my skills and get a feel for the company and I was given an offer less than a few days later.

Post HR interview, My interview with hiring manager went well. But later got an update that they would not go forward with my application as they are not sponsoring! I've clearly mentioned to HR about the sponsorship but still went ahead. I don't understand why companies can't understand the situation as an international student is and how much effort we put in an interview!
My interview went really well. Asked relevant project management questions with respect to the role.
