I received my initial interview through a connection from my university. The phone interview was basic. The in-person interview was with ten or so different people from throughout the company. Most interviews weren't too intense.

The interview process takes about two weeks. The first interview is on campus and followed by on-site interview very quickly. You are going to get your feedback in about a week.
