I received a call from the HR that my resume is selected. There was 2 rounds of onsite meeting. 1st meeting I visited the place and met the team. Team interviewed me for about an hour. I got clear for the second round and was informed about the same in 2 weeks. Before scheduling second round I was asked to submit 2 recommendation letter. For my second interview round I met the manager. The interview went on for 1 and half hour. I got cleared and was offered a job. The entire processing took 3 weeks. It was a long process. There was a lot of delay from HR side.

My past and recent work experience, my graduate coursework, my interest in working in their lab. There were lot of behavioral questions as well to check my attitude towards work, my personality to work with others, what were my job expectations, how can I contribute to the team.

Had two interviews. First was with other CRCs working in the lab; the second was with the PI of the lab. Both consisted of structured interviews with fairly standard interview questions followed by allotted time to ask questions.

Second-round with program managers/director, also a 30-minute video call, with more behavioral interview questions, more focused on my specific background and how my skills can transfer to the jmob

I had one round of interview with CRCs, then a second round of interview with the lab PIs. Interviewed remotely on Zoom, each interview was around 30 minutes and some time to ask questions at the end.
