Simple application and interview process. If you do not receive a call within a week, you are not under consideration. HR and managers use Behavioral Interview style, so be sure to have complete and factual stories of your job performance. Give situational answers, not theoretical or "we would" or "I would have" answers. Tell them actual occurrences of what you did in your job.
