I had a phone interview with a recruiter and it was a fairly average conversation. I've been out of college for over 4 years and I found it strange I was asked a lot about my college experience, why I chose my school and what my GPA was. I was also pressed a lot on how my success has been measured at my previous jobs by the recruiter.

30 min screening with recruiter, followed by 2 hour onsite interviews which included a tour. Recruiter was responsive, and even scheduled a follow up call with me to answer my questions. Performance seems very metrics driven. Hybrid role 2 days on site, but they want you to be in every day for the first 6 months.
