Job application can take a while to get response, but interview process tends to move quickly after that. Typically starts off with phone interview describing previous experience and interest in the role. This is then followed by 1 or 2 in-person interviews with direct managers, directors, and possibly co-workers which can vary depending on role.

There were two interviews - hiring manager and one level above, which were back to back and thirty minutes each. We also discussed navigating an ambiguous environment and communication style.
