I was contacted by HR since I applied on LinkedIn. Phone interview as fairly quick and I was asked to come in for an in person interview the following week. I met with the Associate Director of Client Services. I was then contacted a day after to come in for a second round interview with two other team members. The conservations were good and I really tried to sell myself. However, I got a generic reply a few days later letting know that they decided to go with "other candidates". I asked for feedback as to why they didn't pick me but I still haven't got it.
