First step phone screen where the hiring manager does a lot of explaining about the position, then in-person interview - bring several copies of your resume - probably 2 person interview, dress nicely, arrive no more than 10 min early, then a 3 hour visit shadow in the office to see what day-to-day life is like, ask questions to the recruiters, engage, interact, follow up with thank you letter to say yay or nay on the position.
