About an hour long, no technical questions were asked in the first interview. Short timed assessment after interview which consisted of different problem solving questions and logic riddles. There were two men that took turns asking me questions about what I'm passionate about, what I knew about there company asked my GPA.

The HR called and setup an interview with the QA Supervisor. One on one interview with the supervisor and lab chemist. The interview started with the HR employee giving an overview of the factory and the type of work they do. The interview with the supervisor went smooth. She asked some basic questions about Chemistry in general and what sort of experiments I had previously performed in the lab.
