Various questions about my experiences/capabilities – e.g.
• number/size/type of concurrent projects I’d managed;
• how I’d engage stubborn stakeholders;
• how I’d manage team workload with high volume of work;
• how I structure processes, and ensuring everything remains on track etc.
3 rounds.
Incredibly thorough.
The team seemed friendly, but they were definitely looking for extensive experience and valued communication. I just spoke to them normally and candidly and received the position.
