They were very accommodating to my schedule throughout the entire interview process, overall it took 3 weeks before I accepted an offer. They want to make sure they are hiring the right people for the culture. I had a total of 3 teams video calls. one with my would be direct manager, one with the Director of Engineering, and the last one was with the Tech Partner. The calls consisted of normal culture questions, technology used in the past, projects worked on. There was really no technical question during the calls, they let the skills test take care of that. There was two technical skill tests, that you could do at your leisure, nothing too difficult.
